Following the appreciation expressed by stakeholders in the past years for the public consultations held on the European energy regulators’ work programme, CEER has decided to repeat the exercise for 2012 and to seek the views of stakeholders on the proposed range and detail of work in 2012. The purpose of the public consultation is to increase transparency and to provide us with valuable feedback from stakeholders.
Stakeholders are invited to participate in the public consultation via a dedicated online questionnaire in this section of the CEER website. Please note that only answers submitted via the on-line questionnaire will be taken into consideration.
CEER invites all interested parties to provide comments on all aspects of the public consultation document and in particular on the list of specific questions set out in the consultation document.
Any comments should be received by Monday, 7 November 2011 through the dedicated online questionnaire. Please note that the login request to fill in the questionnaire must be made by Tuesday, 1 November 2011.
Following the public consultation period, CEER will publish all responses received from stakeholders that are not marked as confidential. Respondents requesting confidentiality should submit those confidential aspects of their response by marking them as "confidential" in the dedicated online questionnaire.
Any questions on the consultation document and the online consultation should in the first instance be directed to:
